Hi! I’m Debrisa L. Young, Founder & Owner of Takin Note Notary. I am a Notary Public and NNA Loan Signing Agent. I serve the Salisbury, North Carolina & several other nearby counties.

 

My journey began as an in-house Notary for TT & A Trucking Company in North Carolina. As my experiences there were extremely enriching, I felt inspired and encouraged to learn more about legal documentation. So, I decided to further my skills & career as a notary. I did this by taking up advanced training and becoming a Loan Signing Agent.

 

As a Loan Signing Agent, I specialize in handling loan documents. I often work with lenders and title companies, as well as independent clients, and assist them in making sure their legal paperwork is up to notary standard so that they have a hassle-free loan process. These services include:

From printing your loan documents, notarizing the necessary signatures, and returning the documents for processing in time, to following any additional instructions I may receive from the lender, I make sure to facilitate a smooth loan closing procedure for my clients.

 

My goal as a Loan Signing Agent/Notary Public is to be of service to people. I am aware of how devastating being a victim of fraud can be. And so, I aim to help the general public, title companies, healthcare facilities, organizations, and corporations, to ensure their legal formalities, contracts, and other such important documentation meet North Carolina state requirement.
